Be computer & technology savvy
Know how to trouble shoot PDA devices and home based
<empty>networks, be an expert utilizing Clip Art and Photoshop, have a <empty>working knowledge of SmartHome devices. Be both PC and Mac <empty>proficient. Have Quickbooks experience.

<empty>Many of our clients now have a strong interest in utilizing
<empty>"green" products for their household and lifestyles. Educate
<empty>yourself on how to create an energy efficient home and what
<empty>environmentally sound products can be used in a renovation.<empty> <empty>Become an expert on solar and sustainable lawns.

<empty>We can’t emphasize enough how this quality will go a long way!  <empty>Be open to simple food preparation or overseeing school aged
<empty>children on occasion. Being truly service-oriented with a keen
<empty>eye for keeping the house orderly is greatly appreciated.
<empty>Unloading the dishwasher, taking the dog out for a walk and
<empty>offering to pick the Client up at the airport are all small tasks that <empty>are greatly appreciated.
