We have sourced two nannies through Town + Country now. We loved our first one and already love our new nanny. Super safe and super qualified. They seem to be able to get great candidates, and I really value all the vetting that they already did before they submitted candidates to us for review. References already interviewed, background checks done, qualifications matched to our requirements, etc.

I hope not to need a third nanny but if I do need any other help around the house, T + C is my plan.
