Additional Services – Background and Reference Checks
Town + Country can provide both basic background checks and full candidate screening of candidates that we did not place.
Please note: We only investigate candidates who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents of the United States. All candidates for background investigations must sign an Authorization for Release of Information form.
Basic Background Check $250

- Criminal Records Report in Candidate’s Primary County
- Social Security Verification
- National sex offender registry check
- Arrange for Candidate Fingerprinting

Turnaround time for a basic background check is 2 to 3 business days.
Full Candidate Screening $1,000

Turnaround time for a full candidate screening is dependent on availability of the candidate and is typically completed within 5 business days of an in-person interview.
Additional Background Checks
Additional background checks including civil and criminal records, out of state driving records, education verification, and national wants and warrants are available on an a la carte basis.
Advisory and Consulting Services
For clients who have not already paid the Registration Fee, we offer home staff personnel advisory and consulting services to provide assistance and support with such things as determining your staffing needs, defining job specifications, and assisting and supporting your recruiting, screening, and hiring process. Home staff personnel advisory and consulting services are provided on an hourly basis.
