Salary: Starting at $150,000 per year plus a healthcare stipend, paid time off, and sick time.

Location: Palo Alto, Dublin, Stockton
Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week, schedule to be determined
Children: Two active teenagers
Duties: Manage calendars, appointments, and reminders, oversee package deliveries, vendor scheduling, and bill payments, coordinate holiday and spring break travel plans, including itineraries and bookings, assist with philanthropic projects, manage the household during family travel (3-4 times per year), arrange Uber rides or provide transportation for teens as needed, support school-related deadlines, handle returns and errands, conduct research for services or programs beneficial to the family, manage vendors, coordinate routine maintenance and oversee minor projects, assist with planning and logistics for large parties (once or twice annually).
Requirements: Proven experience in a Personal Assistant or Household Manager role, exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, tech-savvy with proficiency in calendaring, email, and online research, a proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and act independently, strong communication skills, valid driver’s license, ability to travel between residences in Palo Alto and Dublin.
Salary: Starting at $60-$65 per hour depending on experience
