Meet Brunella

Brunella BarbisBrunella has been working professionally as a Nanny here in the Bay area for about two years. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from Dominican University in San Rafael. With a passionate caring and pitch-in attitude, Brunella enjoys helping with Family Assistant duties in addition to childcare and is comfortable caring for children of any age.  In her free time she enjoys sailing, running, playing tennis, hiking, camping, dancing and traveling. In addition to her many talents, Brunella also plays the clarinet and saxophone!

What is your favorite quote?

What 3 items would you take with you to a deserted island (other than food and water)?
I would take rope, matches, and a GPS or (compass).

What is the last book you read?
The last book I read was called, “My Invented Country” by Isabel Allende.

What is your favorite day of the year and why?
Any day during the summer on the ocean. There is nothing better than sailing in the sunshine!

What is your favorite outdoor activity?

If you won the lottery, what would you do with the money?
I would first give thanks! Then, I would pay off my student loans, pay off my brother’s student loans, help any family member or friend in need of financial help, invest, and finally, create and finance different organizations for women and children in South America.
