Application submission
The first step in the process is to complete our online application. Our recruiting team will then review it and contact you with the next steps.
Vetting process
If selected, we’ll ask you for a full work history, references, and safety and compliance documents based on the role you’re interested in.
Candidate agreement
Assuming you want to move forward, we’ll have you review and sign the candidate agreement.
Matching process
After the agreement is signed and all safety and compliance documents are verified, you’ll meet with our placement counselors for a virtual interview.
Reference checks
If all goes well, we’ll reach out to your references to complete your candidate profile.
Identification of opportunities
Our team will then identify potential roles for you based on your location, rate requirements, preferences, and strengths. As we find roles that are a good fit, our team will present you with job descriptions and additional information.
Client interview
Once we find a role that you’re excited about and confirm that the client wants to move forward, we set up a client interview and walk you through interview best practices.
Working trial
If both you and the client want to move forward, we’ll recommend a trial period. This is your opportunity to meet and work with the family before accepting a formal offer.
Formal offer
When or if a client makes an offer after the trial period is over, we’ll support you with any negotiations, employment terms, and/or salary and benefits discussions.
Placement follow-up
Once you accept your new role, our team will provide coaching and any amount of mediation throughout your journey.
