Our Placement Fees
Understanding our fee structure
Town + Country Resources is dedicated to finding the best home professionals for all of our clients. After you initiate your search, our experienced placement counselors will work to understand your preferences, properly vet the most compatible candidates, and make meaningful recommendations to you and your family. Once you extend an offer, our team is committed to making the relationship a success.
Below is a general outline of our placement fees for both clients seeking full or temporary services via our membership and nonmembers seeking temporary services only.
Member pricing
To initiate a search for a long-term household professional, there is a one-time, nonrefundable $500 registration fee that will allow you lifetime access to our qualified candidate pool plus access to our placement counselors who advise and support you through the entire process.
Once you extend an offer to one of our professionals, our placement fees range from 18% to 35% of the employee’s total gross annual compensation. The fee is based on the type of professional you’re hiring and, ultimately, the complexity of the search.
Type of professional | Placement fee |
---|---|
Long-term nanny | 18% |
Long-term housekeeper | 18% |
Long-term estate or executive staff | 25% |
Newborn care specialist | 35% |
Temporary | 35% |
Non-member pricing
If you’re purely looking to use our temporary services, you also have the option to move forward with your search as a non-member. In these scenarios, the same fees apply, without the $500 registration fee. Instead, with each search, you will be charged an unsubscribed fee, which varies from $100 to $250 depending on the placement type.
