How to schedule your fingerprinting appointment online

Please note that Town + Country does not operate the online fingerprint scheduling website. The process and the provider to get LiveScan fingerprints have changed several times in recent years. Call or email us if you have any questions or problems, or if the process as we’ve described below has changed again.

Start: Go to ca.ibtfingerprint.com to schedule your appointment online. (Clicking this link will open a separate tab or window.) This site is provided by MorphoTrust USA Enrollment Services. If you have questions, their phone number is 800-315-4507.

Step 1: On the “Welcome” page, click on “Schedule a New Appointment”.

Step 2: In the box for “ORI”, enter A0448 and click “Go”.

Step 3: Click “yes” and “Go”.

Step 4: In the box for “agency code in box 5”, enter TLR0001855 and click “Go”.

Step 5: You will be asked for a DOJ Billing Number. Do not enter any billing number; leave it blank and click “Go”.

Step 6: On this page, you will be asked for a zip code or region. Enter the zip code for the area closest to where you would like to go and click “Go”.

Step 7: Pick a location and click on “Schedule”, then pick a time from the dropdown menu and click “Continue”.

Step 8: A pop-up will appear that says “Important! You must finish the registration process to be fingerprinted. You will receive an email or a confirmation number when registration is complete.” Click “Continue” to input your information.

Step 9: Enter all contact and personal information requested and click “Send Information”.

Step 10: Review the information and if it is correct, click “Go”. If you need to make any edits, click “Change” to adjust the details before moving forward.

Step 11: Select “Billing account” for payment method. Next, enter the billing account number BILL00100 and click “Continue”.

Step 12: You will receive an email or confirmation number once you have completed your registration. Please be sure to keep a copy of the email or confirmation number.
