For nearly 40 years, Town + Country has been working with the best, most professional in-home Candidates in the business. While we spend a large portion of our time seeking out the best Candidates to fulfill all our client’s needs, we also rely on our current Candidates to refer in great people!
Do you know anyone who might be qualified?
We’re always looking for great Candidates. If you are currently registered as a Candidate with Town + Country and know someone who would like to find a great new opportunity through us – either on a temporary or permanent basis – send them our way, and earn a referral bonus up to $750!
- FULL-TIME PERMANENT: If you refer a great Candidate who is new to us and who we place in a full-time permanent position (regular schedule is more than 35 hours per week) with one of our clients, then we will pay you $750 after they have stayed in their new T+C role for at least 30 days.
- PART-TIME PERMANENT: If you refer a great Candidate who is new to us and who we place in a part-time permanent position (regular schedule is 35 or fewer hours per week) with one of our clients, then we will pay you $500 after they have stayed in their new T+C job for at least 30 days.
- TEMP: If you refer a friend for a temporary domestic role on our team, you will receive a $250 bonus once they complete 15 assignments. This candidate must join us in the locations we are currently servicing. Upon the referred domestic professional qualifying, the referee will receive a single $250 payment (subject to taxes) There is no limit on how many candidates you can refer to us, but there are some limitations.
Please note the following limitations:
- You must be a registered T+C Candidate at the time that you refer your friend to us.
- The friend that you refer to us must be new to us- that is, to be eligible, your friend can’t already be registered with us, can’t already have applied with us, or already have been referred to us by anyone else.
- To earn a referral bonus for a friend whom you have referred to us, T+C must be told of the details of the referral: (i) in the case of a full or part-time perm placed Candidate, not later than 12 months from the first date of employment for the referred Candidate; or (ii) in the case of a temp Candidate, not later than 12 months from the start date of the first temp assignment completed by the referred Candidate.
This referral bonus is subject to change at any time without notice.
