We can help when:
- Your employee has an urgent need for backup childcare, for example
- a Nanny or childcare provider has called in sick
- a child is sick and needs to stay home from school
- Your employee has a planned short-term need for childcare, for example:
- their regular Nanny or childcare provider is going on vacation
- Your employee needs childcare during a specific situation, for example:
- they need to work longer hours than usual or go on a business trip.
How we help:
- When your employee has a backup childcare need, they call our office directly (even nights and weekends.)
- We will match your employee with one of our highly qualified, carefully vetted and background-checked childcare providers.
- Employers pay our agency fees (and we can work out a flat fee on an annual basis based on the number of employees you wish to cover for backup childcare.)
- The employee pays the backup Nanny directly.
