Pausing Your Employment

While we hope you stay with us for a very long time, we understand that certain circumstances may require a pause in employment. If you do need to pause your employment, we ask that you call our Backup Care Team via phone or email (temp@tandcr.com). We will discuss the circumstance and determine the best path forward. When necessary, we are able to do this.

In these circumstances, we ask that you come prepared with when you are able to return, your reason for pausing employment, and any additional questions/asks.
